7. Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. In addition, we offer an extended 30-day returns policy for your peace of mind.
To return an item:

- Return the item in its original, unused condition with packaging
- We will process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
For faulty or damaged goods, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of any damage.
